I can feel your pain, after Dick and I lost some weight last year, we slipped into bad eating habits again. We again are trying to watch our portion size and eat healthy. So what did we have for supper last night, hot dogs! Not very healthy, but I did make brussel sprouts too.

Better safe than sorry. I had to walk home in the downpour both downtown and from the bus home. Dick got tied up (well not literally) at work and couldn’t come to get me. Have a great day, the sun is shining is beautiful downtown Minneapolis.
